Vladimir Romanov has valued Hearts at around £50 million, as it looks increasingly likely that he will sell the club.
The Lithuanian businessman is understood to be selling off all his sporting interests. However, this week he was in Russia to watch a basketball team he owns.
It is understood that at least two parties are interested in buying Hearts, although any details have not been revealed.
It is thought that one group wants Romanov to retain ownership of the Tynecastle stadium. They would then lease the ground back until land value rises.
Romanov has implied that he wants to sell Hearts or to begin working with a business partner. The club is also looking to cut costs, as the wages for some players have been delayed again.
